30A Centech AP-2 Relay Kit - Installation info and photos here.

Note: The AP-2 has 8 output terminals and 5 fuses. The two fuses at one end serve three output terminals which are unswitched (powered even when your bike is off). The other 3 fuses serve five switched outputs, for a total of 8 outputs. The fuses on each end serve only one output, while the rest serve two outputs each. There are also 8 ground output terminals, and each can be paired up with any positive output terminal.

Before Ordering: You must figure out where you'll mount an AP-2 on your bike. Most important is to find a location where the AP-2 fits with some room to wire into it. You should be able to access the AP-2 later if you blow a fuse. The AP-2 should be sheltered from rain and dirt. Ideally, it should be mounted somewhere between the battery and the front of the bike, since that's likely where your accessories will be. If necessary, the AP-2 can be mounted in the tail of the bike if that's the only place you can put it. However, when using a rear location, you'll need to run long wires up front to your accessories. In that case, you might consider my wire looms which run several wires in one sheathing.

CANBus Bikes: This link shows the wires in your front ACC connector and suggests how to connect to those wires for switched power. Or you can connect to the parking light circuit.

Notice: Eastern Beaver is no longer carrying the Centech AP-2 Fuse Panel. We will still be making the 30A AP-2 Relay Kit so get your AP-2 somewhere else and your Relay Kit here.

KIT OPTIONS:

Protective Diode Option: A protective diode can be ordered inline on the ignition switched lead, preventing reverse EMF flow back to the bike. The diode is inserted as shown here. This is highly recommended for CANBus bikes.

Protective Diode in Switching Wire Option $5.95

Extra Long Switching Lead Option: 48" (122 cm) long switching lead instead of the stock 24" (61 cm) lead. Great for going all the way up to the parking light from the rear of the bike.

Extra Long Switching Lead Option $1.95

Metri-Pack Fuseholder Option: If you'd like a Kit with more custom options then choose the Metri-Pack Fuseholder Option below.

This optional fuseholder will replace the standard fuseholder on this Kit.
Price $3.95 (This price only with Kit)
