Kit Description:

These Kits include a Heavy Duty Panasonic 40A relay with socket, main fuseholder, and 6 position fusebox. Two 30A fuses are included for the main fuseholder, The fusebox comes with 6 fuses as shown above. Cable ties to complete the job are also included.

These Kits use Amp Faston tin plated terminals. These terminals lock onto the fusebox and will not work their way off. Make sure you have everything positioned correctly before pushing on the input terminals. Yes, you can remove them if you have to.

The main leads and fuseholder are 12 AWG wire. The relay trigger wire is 24" (61 cm) of 16 AWG wire. A Posi-Tap is included to make switching hookup easy without damaging the tapped wire.

Kit length is measured from the battery positive terminal to the fusebox. The negative battery lead is 6" longer than the Kit.

Measure from the positive battery post to the fusebox location and add a few inches. Add more length according to routing around frame, etc. Switching leads can be easily shortened according to your needs.

Female Push-On Terminals with Locking Dimple

These are high quality Nichifu terminals made in Japan. They are tin plated brass with a full metal sleeve over both crimping areas. They have a locking dimple so they won't come loose from the mating tab.
