This wiring Kit makes it easy to power two sockets using only one set of power leads with a female Socket T-Connector.
Using the standard female T-Connector on your present socket, simply plug this Kit into that T-connector and plug the Kit onto both sockets.
If your present Socket wiring is 14 AWG you will have plenty of power available on both sockets to power two sets of heated clothing or one set of heated clothing and anything else you want to power. Eastern Beaver's Socket Wiring is all 14 AWG, but your bike's standard socket wiring may not be. In that case your total current draw may be limited on the two sockets to whatever the input leads are rated for.
Low Profile Sockets will also plug in the same way. Using a Low Profile Socket gives you an extra 6" (15 cm) wiring length on the socket. As well, Powerlet's Panel Mount Cigar Socket can be used.
These Kits are available in 6" (15 cm), 12" (30 cm) and 24" (60 cm) lengths. Custom lengths are also available.
The connector terminals in these Kits are all factory crimped and the wire sheathing is high temperature cross-linked PVC.
