Well I was expecting I might see some snow up there today, but only a few bits of frozen puddles were left. It was cold though and a good chance to test my new Powerlet Heated Jacket Liner and Gloves with the Dual Controller.
Bike cockpit showing GPS and cords. At bottom left you can see the two Powerlet Sockets. The top one has the GPS adaptor, the bottom my heated gear adaptor. I like the new handlbar Ram mount for the GPS.
The view up ahead and some fall colors.
The view behind showing a few corners.
The Japanese busy landscaping another river valley. Fortunately the trucks went no further up the road.
I figured out how to place all the wiring from the dual controller. I put it in my pocket leaving only the one input cord to go to the bike.
Mt. Fuji was a bit obscured today, but I was lucky because soon after this was taken it was even more obscured.
I took a self portrait from the top parking lot where I stopped for lunch.
Down from the pass on the other side, looking along the big river valley towards town. I never get tired of this road. It's got a real variety of tight turns and sweepers.
