ABS Control Switch
This unit allows you to switch off ABS for off-road riding.
A switch on the handle bar allows you to switch off ABS, on
the fly. When OFF, a
flashing LED in the switch alerts you to the status i.e. ABS
is OFF. When riding on dirt roads or off-road, being able to
lock the wheels
can improve motorcycle control ( especially on steep
descents ). However, it is recommended only for competent
riders and not new riders.
Purchaser/installer accepts all responsibility for
use/effects.

This kit allows you to switch off the ABS unit for
off-road riding. The switch has a LED that we flash to
notify you that the ABS unit is turned off. We use the
switch to control a relay. The relay is default, Normally
Closed (NC ) so in the event of a relay failure, the ABS
unit will work as normal. Because this kit is plug and play,
you can simply disconnect the kits from the ABS connection,
if you ever decide to sell the bike or just don't want to
use the functionality.functionality..

Installation Note: The switch is designed to mount on
22mm bars. The unit plugs inline with the ABS connection
under the seat area. The switched
input is take from one of the spotlight connectors (right
side cowl - white 2 pin connector ). A splitter is supplied,
so works even if the connection you planned
to use, is already in us. Some bikes will require a relay be
installed ( right side cowl ) and a 15A accessory fuse (
under the seat ).

two LittleFuse MiniATM 15A fuses to enable power to your fog
light & USB port.
Please make sure your bike did not come from the factory
with the relay and fuse installed ( some bikes come with the
relay pre installed ).
Parts are all original, ie not copies as sold on many larger
e-commerce sites.
