We will get back to you as soon as we can, either with some
questions to help us understand better, the issue, or with
directions
on how to address the issue. In the event it is related to a product failure, we will either replace the item, or request the faulty unit be returned so we can repair or replace. In most cases, about 80%, the issue is simple such as a main fuse holder without a fuse installed. All products are shipped without fuses in fuse holders , as all kits should be installed completely ( wired in ) , then fuses installed.
