EASTERN BEAVER INC - WARRANTY POLICY

Eastern Beaver warrants all products under the following terms;

What Is Covered

  1. Eastern Beaver manufactured products, for a period of 13 months from shipping.

  2. Non Eastern Beaver manufactured products, for a period of 6 months from the time of shipping.

  3. Repairs to products on a case by case basis, within the periods stated in this paragraph.

  4. Replacement where deemed necessary, by our technical staff, within the periods stated in this paragraph.

  5. Shipping to customers, on replacement or repaired products.

  6. Where a product fails within 2 months of shipping, Eastern Beaver will cover return and replacement shipping costs.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are excluded from warranty;

  1. Shipping - return shipping of warranty items is not covered by warranty ( unless product fails within 2 month of shipping ) and is the customers cost. Eastern Beaver will cover shipping, only on replacement or repair units to the customer.

  2. Products damaged during installation.

  3. Products damaged due to use in unusually harsh environments.

  4. Products damaged through abuse or use outside their specifications.

  5. Products damaged as a result of a crash, accident or other on-road or off-road incident.
    Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.)

  6. Damage caused by normal wear of parts, scratches, surface rust or deterioration, improper use, improper storage, improper testing, negligent use of improper voltage or current, accidental damage,
    abnormal or unusual use, use of unauthorized accessories or modules, use contrary to the operating instructions, improper operating temperature/environment, or lack of regular maintenance.

  7. Product repaired, dismantled, or altered by unauthorized technical personnel

  8. Products damaged during shipping due to insufficient or improper packaging

How To Claim Warranty

To claim warranty on a purchased product, please Email. We prefer email so that there is a history of all correspondence and we can generate tasks direct from the email. Eastern Beaver will issue an RMA number via email
and the customer can then return the item for inspection and processing. To speed up processing, pictures and a clear description of the problem should be included.

Limit On Liability

In no event shall Eastern Beaver Inc's  total and cumulative liability, arising from the use of the product exceed the purchase price of the product. In no event shall Eastern Beaver be liable to customers
or any others for any punitive, incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit and loss of income, incurred by that party.

Applicable Law

We will comply with Japanese laws and regulations applicable to personal information we hold, and other norms. We will review the contents of this policy as appropriate, and strive to improve it. Media If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
