connectors and Yazaki 100% copper core, multi-strand cables. Mesh sheath & Sumitomo heat shrink, covered for physical protection.
Weatherproof switch with LED indication for ON/OFF. The relays used in these kits are 30A Panasonic units, but we rate it
at 20A in our kits.
The Standard Kit is longer between the power source and the relay. The Adventure or Dirt Bike kit is shorter on the battery to relay but longer on the relay to lights. Figure 5: Fuse Box Connection Measurements Custom length kits can be up to 2.5m ( 98" long ). You can specify the length from the battery or fuse panel to
the relay, and then from the relay to the outputs. The switching lead will be the same length as the Light 1 output ( we recommend
Light 1 be the shorter of the two Light leads ). Custom kits wil comes with a weatherproof illuminated switch that mounts to 22mm
diameter bars. We will add other switch options at a later date.
