The on and off war in the Middle East is effecting air mail to the region, and at time, to some European countries. It seem somewhat random, as some packages get though and others are returned. Fedex is till shipping to the Middle East ( last we checked ). If a package is returned, we will ask the customer if they want to pay a little extra and have it shipped Fedex. Alternatively, we can put it in storage and ship as soon as hostilities cease. Because this is beyond our control, and we’ve done the work building the product, packing and shipping, we don’t offer refunds on returns due to the conflict, but we will try to make sure you get the package as soon as the service resumes.
