BMW F800/F700 – Rectifier Upgrade Kit
This kit includes a Shindengen FH020AA rectifier and adapter cables to the F800/F700 OEM wiring harness. May fit other models that use the same connectors The FH020AA is a mosfet rectifier/regulator with higher ratings than the OEM rectifier. It is also more efficient.Â
Please note: For best fitment the mount plate below is recommended.
BMW F800/F700 – FH020AA Rectifier Bracket – [2008-2012]
When replacing the OEM rectifier with an FH020AA or SH847 rectifier, this bracket rotates the mount position so that the cables have more clearance. Recommended.
Does not include the rectifier or cable kit.
BMW F800/F700 SH847 Rectifier Bracket – [2013-2017]
Rectifier adapter bracket. Can be used for the SH847 OR the FH020AA rectifiers. This bracket allows you to use the OEM mount points to mount the SH847 or FH020AA. Adapter cables are required.
The SH847 is a series rectifier ie its input switched on and off as power is required by the bike, thus reducing load on the stator.
The FH020AA is a shunt type Mosfet rectifier. Unused power is shorted to ground.Â
