3 Circuit Solution

This is a heavy duty version of the CS ( Circuit Solutions ) kits. Rated at 18A per output and a maximum of 35A total for the kit. Output connectors are unsealed 250 type for higher currents. Available as direct to battery or PowerLink to battery. Many assertories and options available below. These kits have proven themselves over the years as reliable and easy to move between bikes. Comes with Posi-Taps for the switching input, or you can buy Bike Specific Kits.
3CS HD - High Current ( Un-Sealed )
This Kit is for higher current needs. Each circuit of the HD unit is 18A capable. Total maximum current draw max for the HD Kits is 35A. This Kit uses unsealed .250” connectors that are easy to work with if crimping or soldering. There are 2 versions which connect to your bike in different ways. Battery version connects directly to the bike’s battery. The Powerlink version need a Powerlink Battery Leads to connect to your bike’s battery. Both versions have 2 relay switched circuits and 1 unswitched always on circuit. The Unswitched circuit can be for battery charging. Both switched circuits will be relay switched, using 2 switching leads with PosiTaps included for easy and secure connections to a 12V switched wire and ground on your bike.
BATTERY CONNECT VERSION – connects directly to your bike’s battery. Posi- Taps included but not shown.
3 Circuit Solution HD
3 CS HD has three outputs configurable as 2 switched and 1 un-switched or 3 switched.
– Heavy Duty Panasonic high temp sealed 40A relay with relay socket
– main 30A fuseholder with included 30A ATM fuse plus a spare
– Metri-Pack 3 ATM sealed fuseholder with cover cap – comes with five circuit fuses (15A,10A,7.5A,5A,2A) for accessories such as: headlight relay kit, Power Socket, Heated Grips, etc.
Switching Lead Posi Tap Option
FREE – Switching Lead Posi-Tap Choice: I now give you a choice of a Posi-Tap to suit different wire sizes. Some bikes, especially CanBUS bikes have very small wires. The parking light wire definitely needs a PTA2022 it’s so small. There is no charge for this option but of course you must be buying a 3CS Kit above. See the Posi Products Page for info about Posi-Taps and their sizes. The Kit’s default is the PTA1800 which will fit most bikes but it’s nice to have the right size.
Order a few extra sizes from the Posi Products Page and make sure you have one that fits just right.
Protective Diode in Switching Wire Option
Shrink Tube – SUMITUBE F2 (Z) -[30mm]
Now with a Choice of direct Battery Connection as shown above, or a Powerlink Connection, with a 2P heavy duty sealed connector. This option allows you to use the Powerlink jumpstart system or add another high power circuit to the bike for high power horns etc.

3CS HD Splitter
All CS HD Splitters are now a more compact 8″ (20cm).
One Input to Two Outputs – Option 1 is Output 1, Option 2 is Output 2.
Since each 3CS HD output is rated at 18A, the sum of the currents on both outputs should be 18A or less.

MP280-Tree Clip
Easy Mount ‘Tree’ Clip: Pushes into a hole, to hold the 3 fuse holder in place. Clips onto the back of the cap. This is the clip only, does not include the cap ( which is provided with the 3CS HD Kit.
