PC-8 And PC-8R Common Features

  • – 4 threaded insert nuts provide case mounting and fuse panel installation mounting points
  • – comes with an assortment of ATM fuses, one for each output circuit and a few extras
  • – 8 hot + outputs (2 unswitched circuits, 6 switched circuits)
  • – Switched circuits are turned off when the bike is shut down. Two unswitched circuits are always hot – can be used for charging the battery
  • – 8 ground outputs – much better to ground your auxiliary circuits here than on a bike’s frame
  • – maximum fuse panel capacity 50A (PC-8) 40A (PC-8R)
  • – maximum circuit capacity 20 Amps (15A continuous)
  • – maximum output wire size 12 AWG (3 sqmm)
  • – all hardware is stainless steel (except input posts which are tin plated steel)
  • – black satin polycarbonate cover makes unit splash-proof yet allows it to breathe and stay cool
  • – cover mounting tabs on each end can be broken off or left on, depending on mounting choice
  • – simple robust design means no overheating and no problems with vibration
  • – we designed these fuse panels with ease of mounting a priority. Therefore there are many mounting options: Dual Lock on back of case, fine threaded screws from back of panel, self tapping screws from inside through PCB inserts to panel, or nuts and screws on the case mounting ears at each end of the case.

Plug and play accessory fuse box for the Royal Enfield Himalayan. Uses a splitter cable on the tail light connection for switched power trigger. PC-8R mounts under the pillion seat. Provides 6 switched and 2 un-switched outputs.

$99.95

External relay version and higher current capacity. Does take up more room under the rear seat though. Replaceable relay.

Installation Note: This kit uses the tail light connector at the rear of the bike under the passenger seat. The kit is designed to be installed under the passenger seat. The relay and fuse holders on one side and the PC-8 on the other ( left side when seated on the bike ) You may need to move anything you have stowed there as the kit takes up most of the under seat space.

$99.95

This Kit is for power needs up to 30A total current, split between 4 outputs ( 2 switched and two un-switched ) on the Kit. You can split the outputs further with our CS splitter cables to achieve more outputs, for lower current devices ( lower section of this page ).

$59.95

This cable allows you to take a switched output from the rear tail/license plate light feed. Useful for triggering switched outputs on the PC-8 or other fuse boxes. It could also be used for low power accessories. We recommend under 3A loads on this splitter ( due to tail light/license plate light already drawing current on this circuit ).

Installation Tips

The black connector in the centre right of the image is the tail light connector used by the PC-8 & 4CS. The wires to the battery run down the right side of the bike inside the sub frame and connect to the battery. The relay assembly sits on the right side of the tail light connector and the PC-8 on the left side of the tail light connector. For the 4CS the un-switched outputs and fuses sit on the right side & relay and switched outputs on the left side.

I may not be possible to store the tool kit under the seat when the PC-8 or 4SC is installed.
