Harley Davidson Pan America – PC-8R
Accessory fuse box for the Pan America. This kit is plug and play and provides a central point for connecting electrical accessories such as navigation systems, lights, heated grips, radar detectors, phones, USB chargers etc. The number plate light connector is used as a trigger in for switched power. Everything needed for installation is provided. Designed to fit under the passengers seat. The PC-8R is a super reliable fuse box made to last the life of the bike.
Harley Davidson Pan America 4CS Fuse Box Kit
Compact flexible auxiliary fuse box kit. Provides 4 outputs all individually fused. 3 Switched and 1 direct to battery. Plug and play installation. Rated at 25A total. Plug and play kit with no changes to the bikes wiring. Another nice feature is that by disconnecting the PowerLink cable, you can disconnect all accessories at one point. The kit comes with spare fuses and virtually everything you need to do the instllation.

Harley Pan American – Brake Light Modulator
The B-Mod brake light modulator flashes the rear brake light for approx 1.5s before leaving the brake light 100% on. This helps the rider be noticed by following traffic. In cases where someone is tailgating, the brake can be applied very lightly and frequently, causing the B-Mod to constantly flash the rear brake. To have the modulator flash constantly, the brake lever must be lightly pulled about once every 1,5s or less. Plugs inline with the tail light connector under the rear carrier ( need to remove 4 bolts to access ).

Harley Pan American – Tail Light Splitter
Tail light splitter or break-out cable. Provides access to switched power ( tail light ) and brake light signal plus ground. Low current use only. Plug and play so no damage to bike wiring. Recommended to keep load to 2A or less so use a relay if you need higher currents.

Charging System Components
The Shindengen SH847 rectifier used in these kits, is an original that is made in Japan. The advantage of this rectifier are two fold. Rather than put 100% load on the stator all the time as is the case with the original Harley rectifier, the SH847 acts more like a tap, turning On and Off power as required. Thus it puts a smaller load on the stator, for the same power output. The second advantage of the SH847 over the stock Harley rectifier, is that it is much more efficient. For the same input ac voltage, the SH847 will output typically 0.3v higher. This may not sound like a lot, but for the battery, it makes a big difference. This reduces the likelyhood of the battery not having enough power to start the bike ( an issue we faced on our ’21 model. At cruise speed most customers see 14.7v on their dash.

Rectifier QLW Connector Kit 1 [SH847, FH020AA]
Original Furukawa QLW 250 connectors for rectifiers. These are the same as fitted to most Japanese motorcycles. Terminals do not loose strength like copies and connectors offer a better fit.
