PC-8E Fuse Box
The Power Center 8E ( PC-8E ) is an electronic PDM / Fuse box for powering accessories on small vehicles such as motorcycles, ATV’s, snowmobiles, camping trailers etc. It provides 6 switched and 2 battery direct, fused connections. With a rating of 45Amps it is suitable for many applications. All that is needed is a battery connection & a switched input signal. Perfect for getting wires off the battery terminals, and managing power to accessories. You can split outputs using our CS splitter cables. eFuses are reset by power cycling the unit. Super simple operation without the needs for apps or PC software. Built tough, to survive drops or crashes. Waterproof unit with options of sealed connectors.

Specifications And Features
- 8 outputs (2 un-switched circuits, 6 switched circuits)
- Switched circuits are turned off when the bike is shut down. An un-switched circuit is always hot - can be used for charging the battery, heated gear or air pumps.
- 8 ground outputs - much better to ground your auxiliary circuits here than on a bike’s frame
- maximum fuse panel capacity 45 Amps
- 35 Amp max switched. 15A max un-switched ( combination must be under 45 Amp total )
- Direct out 15A continuous rating. Short term max 25A. (Output 1 & 5 )
- Switched Outputs: 15A x 2 and 10A x 2 and 5A x 2 ( Output 2, 3, 4 , 6, 7, 8 )

PC-8E Electronic Fuse Box Kit
PC-8E with installation kit. Comes with has the battery connect PowerLink cable. For longer lengths please email us. There is also a switching lead with Posi-Tap. We will add bike specific kits shortly.
NOTES:
PowerLink: If Main Fuse Option is selected, then PowerLink Jumper leads cannot be used. PowerLink splitters and high power horn kits can be used.
Bullets: If ordered with Bullets on the Outputs, then mating Bullet connectors will be provided.
MT-090 Connectors: If ordered with MT-090 sealed connectors on the outputs, then mating MT-090 pigtails will be provided plus some 4mm bullet connectors.
Switching Lead Posi Tap Option
The PC-4E Fuse Box with Install Kit comes with a PTA1800M, you can select a PTA1800M if you have to tap into a thinner wire such as 22AWG ( 0.5mm² ). Otherwise no need for this option. Only one can be ordered per PC-4E Fuse Box With Wiring Kit.
CS Kit Extensions
The PC-4E Fuse Box with Install Kit comes with a PTA1800M, you can select a PTA1800M if you have to tap into a thinner wire such as 22AWG ( 0.5mm² ). Otherwise no need for this option. Only one can be ordered per PC-4E Fuse Box With Wiring Kit.
CS Kit Leads with SAE Plug
PC-4E to SAE connector. Useful for connecting heated gear or battery chargers/ trickle chargers etc.
CS Kit Leads with .250″ Spade Connector
PC-4E to 4mm spade connectors. Useful for connecting accessories.
CS Kit Sealed Splitter
Splits one output into 2. Three output connector options. Yazaki wire and Sumitomo connectors.
Suitability & Reliability
Durability:
The PC-8E is built tough. You could drive you car over it and not effect it ( other than scratches ). It is waterproof and weatherproof. Can operate from -20c though to +70c. The PC-8E has built in thermal management, and the Trigger In has a circuit to prevent and noise existing the fuse box, so completely safe on Canbus bikes or with any computer system.
Reliability:
During development, we run the fuse boxes well above their ratings to observe where failures might occur and to do thermal analysis. After correcting any areas of
concern, we run units for weeks on end at elevated temperatures, then subject them to thousands of On/Off cycles. Only when all our test units pass all our tests, do we consider it’s a complete product.
