Accessory fuse box for the Pan America. 4 outputs with 3 switched and 1 direct to battery. Plug and play kit with no changes to the bikes wiring. The battery connection is a 50A link and can be used with other PowerLink accessories for jump starting or adding high power horn kits. Another nice feature is that by disconnecting the PowerLink cable, you can disconnect all accessories at one point. The kit comes with spare fuses and virtually everything you need to do the installation can read more about PowerLink here. The PC-8R is usually mounted inside the storage area under the seat. Some customer have mounted the PC-8R under the rear storage area panel between the panel and the rear light area. The switching lead connects inline with the number plate light connectors.

The difference between the 30A kit and the 40A kit are the PowerLink to PC-8R cables. The 40A kit uses a heavier gauge wire.
All PC-8R fuse boxes can handle 40A.

This kit uses the number plate light connector, as the trigger in for switched power. The connector is under the plastic tray that is under the pillion seat.
The PC-8R can be mounted inside the tray or under the tray towards the tail light. It needs to be secured with screws or velco so that it does not move
around, once installed.
