Description
Honda NX500 4 Pin ABS Connector Splitter. This cables provides a source of switched power under the pillion seat. We recommend to keep current draw under 1 amp. If you need more power please consider an accessory fuse box such as the PC-4E or 4CS kits. Our fuse boxes such as the PC-8R, PC-8E, PC-4E have built in noise suppression, making they super safe for modern electronics. You can add a diode option on CS kits, to achieve the same protection. Though this connector is called the ABS connector, the power and switched signals, do not come from the ABS unit or ECU.
Red – Battery power ( always on )
Blue – Switched power ( on when ignition is on )
Black – Ground
Version 1 ( 1 breakout line ) provides a single connection ( ignition ) via a blue wire.
Version 2 ( 3 breakout lines ) provides three connections ( battery power, ignition power – switched, and Gnd ).
