Description

The PC-4E is a 4 output electronic fuse box. With 3 switched and 1 battery direct output. Rated at 30A continuous. 25A on Switched Outputs. The outputs are fused as follows;
Output 1: Battery direct @ 15A ( max 25A for 30s or less )
Output 2: Switched @ 10A
Output 3: Switched @ 10A
Output 4: Switched @ 15A

The battery direct output can handle up to 25A for short periods. It can be used for heated gear, battery chargers, or air pumps. Total current is limited to 30A with switched
outputs limited to 25A.

You can order a main fuse on the input or no main fuse. The reason for this is without the main fuse, the PowerLink accessories can also be used. They cannot be used if a fuse holder is in-line. Also, with all outputs fused, there is little need for an input fuse on the double insulated battery connect cable.

The battery direct output is on 4mm Yazaki bullets. The switched outputs can be 4mm Yazaki Bullet connectors or MT-090 sealed connectors. Mating connectors or Bullets are included.

The PC-4E is ruggedized. It is both weatherproof & waterproof. A strong aluminum case filled with thermally conductive potting mix provides both strength and heat dissipation.
It is suitable for marine or use in the snow, as well as motorcycles, trailers and ATV’s.

It’s operation is simplicity itself. Simply power off the bike to reset a fuse. If, on power up a fault is detected, the output is switched off until the next power cycle. It cand detect
a fault in under 1mS so acts much faster then normal fuses. The unit is not damaged by short circuits, it simply detects them before any damage can be done and shuts off that output.
No need for phone apps or PC’s to configure. Plug and play.
