Description

This is a “B-Stock” PC-8E includes an output wiring harness and battery connect PowerLink cable. It also includes
a switching lead. The battery direct outputs are 4mm bullets. The switched outputs can be one of the following:

• Six 4mm Bullet Connectors – Includes 5m of red and black wire.
• Six MT 090 sealed – ( allow use of any CS kit adapted cable ) Includes 6 pig tails and a connector kit.

B-Stock Note: The upper PWR/Trig Led and Output 2 LED’s are dimmer ( by about 50% ) than
the other LED’s. Functionality has been confirmed as 100% in that all functions operate as normal.

The PC-8E is a 8 output electronic fuse box. With 6 switched and 2 battery direct output.
Rated at 45A continuous. The outputs are fused as follows;
Output 1 & 5: Battery direct @ Fused at 15A ( max 25A for short term on one output ( 30S or less ).
Output 2:  Fused at 10A
Output 3: Fused at 10A
Output 4: Fused at 15A
Output 6: Fused at 5A
Output 7: Fused at 5A
Output 8: Fused at 15A

The battery direct outputs can handle up to 30A for short periods ( 30A fuse installed ). It can be used for heated
gear, battery chargers, or air pumps. Total current is limited to 45A with switched outputs
limited to 30A.

The PC-8E is ruggedized. It is both weatherproof & waterproof. A strong aluminum case
filled with thermally conductive potting mix provides both strength and heat dissipation.
It is suitable for marine or use in the snow, as well as motorcycles, trailers and ATV’s.

Available with built in 15s delay or instant power up ( delay is recommended for cold climates,
where having accessories power up, after the bike is starter, makes a lot of sense ).
You can also select to have a main fuse holder ( LP JCase ) on the main Power In lead.

It’s operation is simplicity itself. Simply power off the bike to reset a fuse. If, on power up
a fault is detected, the output is switched off until the next power cycle. It cand detect
a fault in under 1mS so acts much faster then normal fuses. The unit is not damaged by
short circuits, it simply detects them before any damage can be done and shuts off that output.
No need for phone apps or PC’s to configure. Plug and play.
