Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Eastern Beaver Inc accepts returns of non manufactured to order items, under the following circumstances:

• The item is return unopened and unused in new condition.
• Return shipping is covered by the customer.
• The item is undamaged, unmodified and unaltered.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• Return requests can be made within 14 days of the item being received by the customer.
• The item must arrive back at Eastern Beaver Inc within 14 days of the return request being received ( 30 days total from Product received by Customer, to return ).
• Refunds will be processed once the Return item has been received and checked, at Eastern Beaver Inc. 
• Refund processing typically takes 1-2 days.

A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns, PayPal or other payment processing fees and original shipping fees are non refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Product that does not meet out Returns conditions.

INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

• Custom Products that have been built to an other than stock configuration.
• Damaged Products, either damaged during installation or in transit ( the shipping company should be contacted for transit damaged Products ).

SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS

• All Discounted or items sold “On Sale” are final. 
• All items sold with pre identified anomalies are final.

START A RETURN

• Email jim1@easternbeaver.com with the following information:
• Full Name.
• Full Address.
• Phone Number.
• Order Date.
• Order or PayPal reference number.
• Description of the Product you want to return.

PROCESS EXPLAINED 

• We receive your email Return Request.
• Within 2 days we will confirm your Return Request and log it into our in-house system.
• You should pack the Product in its original packaging and ship the Product, at your cost, to Eastern Beaver Inc ( address shown below ).
• Once we receive the Product, we will inspect it within 2 days. 
• If the Product meets our Return conditions, we will initiate a refund within 2 days. The Refund does not include original shipping nor payment processing fees and will include
  a restocking fee of 15%.
• In total, we will keep the return open, up to a maximum of 30 days between the customer request and return of the Product.
