Interesting times. While i understand the need to protect our industries, the methods we use to achieve this should be
legal within the framework of each country. It seems the President overstepped in not using Congress.

Anyway….. we keep records of all transactions and when and if it becomes possible to claim refunds from Fedex ( we pay tariffs to
Fedex ), we will do so in our customers names, and promptly refund said amounts ( minus any transaction fees ). As of yet, a lower
Federal Court needs to determine if refunds are possible and the method of payment. We will keep ourselves updated on this and
should the opportunity to claim arise, will act in our customers interests.
