Accessory Fuse Box Options
Suzuki V-Strom PC-8 with Relay Kit – [New DL’s]
Custom length cables to fit the 2014+ DL1000 and 2017+ DL650. Available with PowerLink connection to battery or M6 ring terminals. Also available as a wiring kit ( without the PC-8 ).
Uses the rear brake light connector, under the rear of the fuel tank, for switched input.
Generic PowerLink kit shown. Shipped unit will have specific cable lengths and switching lead for the DL1000/DL650.
Suzuki V-Strom DL1000 & DL650 PC-8R Kit – [New DL’s]
Compact yet powerful accessory fuse box. Provides 6 switched and 2 battery direct connections. On board relay and rated at 40A total. Max switched current of 30A and max battery direct of 15A ( total must be 40A or under ).
V-Strom Tail Light Splitter – [New DLs]
Version 1 – all wires are take-offs from stock wires. Red wire is brake, blue wire is tail, and black is ground.
Version 2 – brakelight wire has input (purple) and output (red) wires for BackOff type modulators. Tail light wire (blue) and ground (black) are take-offs from stock wires.
Suzuki V-Strom DL1000 Signal and Plate Break-Out Cable – [New DL’s]
Signal wires (2), licence light wire, and ground wire are take-offs from stock wires. Yellow and white wires are signals, purple wire is licence light, and black wire is ground.
Suzuki V-Strom DL650 Brake & Tail Adapters -[2017+]
Version 1 – all wires are take-offs from stock wires. Red wire is brake, blue wire is tail, and black is ground.
Version 2 – brakelight wire has input (purple) and output (red) wires for Back-Off type modulators. Tail light wire (blue) and ground (black) are take-offs from stock wires.
This new unit is currently only on these bikes. We make two versions, functioning the same as the Brake/Tail Adapters above, but using different connectors to mate with the bike. These bike use the same signal/licence adapter above. I suggest you check your connector before ordering one of these.
Suzuki V-Strom DL650 Aux Power Adapter – [New DL’s]
Accessory power adapter plugs into the connector taped to the wiring harness on the left side. Note, the connector used is the same as the earlier one but the other gender, and wire polarity is reversed. The bike comes with a connector housing with plugs in it as a cap.
