WARRANTY

The USB products are warranted for 12 months, from date of sale. However, the warranty does not include shipping costs in either direction, failure caused by poor installation, damage caused by the user or accidents. To claim warranty, the faulty assembly must be returned at the users cost. The exception being, where a failure occurs within 2 weeks of delivery, in such cases we will cover shipping on the replacement unit & the customer covers shipping on returning the faulty unit.

NOTE: If USB ports are used in the rain, it is best to angle them down, so water drains. If left angle up water will remain in the unit and cause corrosion. Corrosion related failures are not covered by warranty.
