Description
Honda NX500 Switched Power Trigger Lead. This connects to the ABS connector, which has a fused switched power signal ( Though this connector is called the ABS connector, the power and switched signals, do not come from the ABS unit or ECU). We recommend to keep any current draw below 1A and to use noise damping on any connection ( all PC-8R, PC-4E and PC-8E fuse boxes have built in noise damping and its optional on all other kits ). This signal can be used to trigger relays of devices that need a switch power ( turns on when the ignition turns on ) connection. It should not be used to power devices, but as the trigger in. The ABS connector is usually found under the seat.
The cable is made with an original, made in Japan, connector. The wire is Yazaki and the sleeving is Sumitomo. It is a quality cable made to last. Assembled by hand at Eastern Beaver Inc.
Blue – Switched power ( on when ignition is on )
Black – Ground
The cable length is 30cm ( 11.78″ ) long.
