Hioki Digital Multimeter – [ DT4255 ].  This is a bench top or hand meter with extra built in safety circuits to protect the meter and the user. It uses a 3 1/2 digit display ( max reading 6,0000 ) and has input protection based on the measurement being made, ( ie the connections points change depending on what is being measured ). So when measuring voltage or resistance, the current input is covered. This is  true RMS meter for AC inputs and incorporates a harmonic cut feature for more accurate measurements of AC signals.
