Description

This kit includes a Shindengen rectifier with replacement leads made from high quality Yazaki multi-strand copper wire. Rectified leads are 2mm2 and battery side leads are 3mm2 . Leads are 70cm ( 27.5″ ) long. Includes inline crimp terminals and heat shrink plus cable ties. This kit can be used as an upgrade kit on some bikes, or as a replacement kit for older bikes where the wiring is cracked or damaged. After crimping the wires, you can then solder them ( if desired ). Soldering increases the conductivity of the connection and blocks any moisture from entering the crimp. However it is not a requirement.
