Kove 450 Rally PC-8E Accessory Fuse Box
Eastern Beaver PC-8E accessory fuse box for the Kove 450 Rally. This kit is fully waterproof and the PC-8E is an electronic fuse box, so no fuses to replace, ever.
To reset a fuse, simply power cycle the bike ignition.
The kit is designed so the PC-8E mount up at the front of the bike, behind the dash tower. It can also be mounted anywhere in the front cowl. We recommend to mount
out of direct sunlight to avoid overheating the unit. The PC-8E provides 6 ignition switched and 2 battery direct outputs and grounds. All on sealed connectors. The PC-8E is thermally
potted and waterproof.
Connection to the battery is via a PowerLink cable, which can be disconnected from the PC-8E and used for connecting a battery boost pack or jump start cable ( see our PowerLink accessories ).
The switched input is connected to the rear brake light switch using a splitter cable. This kit is plug and play with no modification to the bike wiring.
An optional inline main fuse can be added. As all outputs are fused, and the power cable is triple insulated this is not absolutely necessary, but does add an extra layer of protection.
NOTE: PC-8E units are a red cases, The black case in the product image was a custom order ( $10 extra ) for a specific customer. Standard PC-8E cases are red.
