MT-07 Headlight Break Out – [2025- ] ( fourth generation ).

Plugs into the OEM harness with a pass though connection and allows access to the High beam, low beam signals. Also, has a built in inverter so the high beam signal ( which is normally 0v when active ) is converted to 12v when active. Lastly there is noise suppression built in for relay switching, to protect the bikes electronics. The OEM high beam switch will control the output.

Output Limit:
This unit is designed to switch on relays, not power lights or high current devices.  Maximum, current draw is 0.5Amps on any connection.

Connection:
Using Yellow & Blue wire: High beam On Yellow = 12v, Low Beam On blue = 12v. Which ever is off will be 0v ( so low beam switched off when high beam is on )
Using Yellow and Red wire: High beam On Yellow = 12v & Red = 12v, Low Beam On Red = 12v. Yellow = 0v ( so low beam is always on )
Yellow:  High beam out ( active high or 12v when high beam is on )
Blue:  Low beam output ( active high or 12v when low beam in on )
Red: Low beam always on output ( always on when engine is running ).
